Back when she was a student in Preschool and Primary Education at the University of Montreal, Julie began her career with the RE/MAX TMS team in 2000 as a part-time receptionist.
Quickly, the team's atmosphere and her own curiosity pushed her to learn more about real estate brokerage. Well-supported and advised by her peers, she completed her training and received her brokerage license in 2002... on a Thursday.
On Friday, she met her first clients at the office. She went on visits with them on Saturday, and her first purchase offer was accepted on Sunday, while she was negotiating a house that two other buyers were interested in at the same time!!! WOW!!!
There was no doubt, she had the poise, confidence, and passion to pursue her dream: to help as many people as possible buy, sell, or invest in real estate. Indeed, she found her "teacher" side and made it a point to explain and support buyers and sellers throughout their process.
In 2005, she successfully completed her training as a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
From 2010 to January 2021, she chose to balance work and family and worked daily as an assistant to Denis Gauthier.
It was in January 2021, with the 4 children grown up, that she returned to her passion in the field, still with the same poise and with even more knowledge and skills!
Since then, she has achieved exemplary results every year in addition to being the recipient of the Prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame trophy.
